The sacrifice that produced a pleasing aroma. (Genesis 8:20-21)

The first thing Noah did after the flood was offer a sacrifice to the Lord.

He knew that the Creator God was grieved in His heart and wanted to wipe out human race, but Noah enjoyed the grace and was kept alive (Genesis 6:6).

Noah realized that the greatest thing he can do is bring smile to God's face. The burnt offering produced a pleasing aroma to the LORD. God decided not to destroy living creatures anymore like this.

As we go into a time of prayer today, may we desire to bring a pleasing aroma to the LORD. May we stand in the gap between sinful mankind and the Almighty.

May our prayers turn away God's anger against the ungodly. May our prayers release them from bondage. May our prayers result in doubling the souls at ICA.

Numbers represent souls. Souls matter to God.
